- June 2009: Insignia Sign Group was selected by First Century Bank to replace the exterior signs for all 9 branches.
- May 2009: ISG will be participating as an Exhibitor in the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts/ Wingate by Wyndham/Hawthorn Suites 2009 Owners’ and General Managers’ Conference
- May 2009: ISG launches first view of their website
- April 2009: Phil Baird and Doug Greene join Insignia’s team in an effort to obtain a larger share in the local Knoxville market.
- April 2009: ISG was selected through P&W Construction as the sign vendor for the Thompson-Boling Arena Improvements (East). Including 4 sets of reverse channel letters along with the new TBA icon on the building, flat cut out letters on the new bridge in addition to blade signs on the bridge.
- Feb. 2009: ISG was approved to be an exterior sign vendor for Red Roof Inn
- Jan. 2009: ISG improved status from approved vendor to preferred vendor for exterior signs for America’s Best Franchising, Inc.’s four hotel brands

We are a full service agency that can design, manufacture, facilitate, broker, install, and maintain - illuminated signs, banners, printed materials, signage of all sizes, and related services. Our products range from a single promotional yard sign to a complete sign package including interior and/or exterior, illuminated or non-illuminated signs. Insignia Sign Group, Inc. is equipped to handle any size project.

The signage industry is a competitive market; there are more than fifty unique sign companies
in the Knoxville area alone. The signage industry does not typically carry a positive image.
